New functionality for Carnival’s GoCCL Navigator

MIAMI — Carnival has enhanced its GoCCL Navigator’s ‘Manage Booking’ user interface with mobile-friendly capabilities.

The enhancements, which were based on travel advisor feedback, include updates to how advisors manage rate codes, stateroom categories, booking cancelations and dining times.

The cruise line says the new functionality makes it easier than ever for advisors to manage their clients’ bookings.

“With nearly eight million visits a year, GoCCL Navigator is the go-to resource for travel advisors and the new ‘manage booking’ user interface allows us to continue to support agents with easy, convenient and time-saving alternatives,” said Adolfo M. Perez, Carnival’s senior vice president of global sales and trade marketing.

“Managing bookings just got easier for travel advisors, and with just a few clicks, they are able to manage a client booking on their desktop or from the convenience of their mobile phone,” added Perez.

Carnival embarked on an end-to-end redesign of GoCCL Navigator that has also included FIT booking and group berthing capabilities, and the introduction of the GoCCL Navigator dashboard, providing quick access to ‘Be the Hero’ upgrades for travel advisors’ clients.

Agents can learn more by watching a new tutorial with a step-by-step video now available on GoCCL.
