MONTREAL — Norwegian Cruise Line veteran Dana Gain has jumped ship to Air Canada Vacations, joining the team as Senior Director of Sales, effective April 23.
Gain brings with her 28 years of experience in new global business development, national sales force leadership, and global market expansion. At NCL, she oversaw all aspects of the company’s sales and marketing strategy, and helped grow the number of guests sourced from the Canadian trade market.
In her new role at ACV, Gain will be responsible for the development of the national sales strategy, as well as supporting and growing all the B2B lines of business and increasing distribution channels. She will also continue to forge strategic partnerships and will manage all partnership agreements.

Gain will report directly to Montagnese and will be based out of ACV’s Mississauga office. She will lead a team that includes: Marigold Fortuna, General Manager, Sales Western Canada; Monique Lalonde, General Manager, Sales and National Accounts; Guy Marchand, General Manager, Sales Quebec; Christine Faulkner, Manager, Inside Sales and Planning; and Sophie Kazaz, Director, Group Travel and Partnerships.
