TORONTO — Luxury travel provider Lujure has named Nadia Guinci as Managing Partner, effective immediately.
Guinci will develop strategic marketing and partnership initiatives to continue growth and expand the villa sector.
“The way consumers shop and prioritize travel has forever changed. In order to strategically market Lujure’s expertise and offerings, I knew I needed a partner with a proven track record and the right skill set,” said Bianca DeMarinis, President, Lujure. “Nadia was the perfect fit. She understands the landscape of boutique and luxury travel, has led multiple marketing initiatives and has created partnership opportunities for multiple brands. I’m so happy to have her as a partner as we enter a new era for Lujure.”
Guinci has over 10 years experience in marketing and social media, including building and managing the online presence for Red Label Vacations Inc. brands such as redtag.ca. She has also developed marketing strategies in other industries including arts, music and events. As Managing Partner, Guinci is tasked with elevating the Lujure experience for both agents and consumers, while expanding the product line and services. She will lead Lujure’s marketing and partnership initiatives and support brand growth.
If DeMarinis’ name is familiar, there’s good reason. As she puts it: “It’s almost destiny for Bianca to run her own travel company. Coming from a family who owned multiple travel agencies, she has worked her entire life in the travel industry learning all the ins and outs of the business. Bianca took her family’s entrepreneurial spirit, her taste for the finer things and created Lujure.”
With DeMarinis as President, Lujure has been in business for eight years now, offering upscale experiences, private getaways and distinctive travel. In addition to luxury trips, Lujure also offers concierge services, event planning and other tailor-made services.

To celebrate Guinci’s arrival at Lujure, the company is offering Canadian travel agents 12% commission on new bookings.
Bookings must be made March 22 – June 1, 2023 for travel until Dec. 31, 2023.
“It is very special to be joining a female-run company. In addition to providing elite travel services, we want to be known as a company that supports and empowers the women of travel,” says Guinci. “I am thrilled to partner with Bianca and immerse our clients with unique product offerings and the best travel experiences possible. It’s a rewarding feeling connecting one-on-one with travellers, and being a part of their travel story. I cannot wait for everyone to see what we have planned, as we showcase the beauty of refined luxury and slow travel.”
