“Appreciation for nature and sustainability have been part of AmaWaterways values since we founded the company 18 years ago, and this is a wonderful opportunity to take our passion for the outdoors to the next level, treating our guests to this remarkable event in 2022,” said Kristin Karst, executive vice president and co-founder of AmaWaterways. “The event will allow our guests to discover ideas for their gardens at home and learn about the future of sustainability while immersing themselves in authentic Dutch culture. I personally cannot wait to attend the festivities!”
Alternatively, guests can enjoy an up-close look at some of the most picturesque gardens in France while on the ‘Impressions of the Seine & Paris’ itinerary, which includes excursions to Monet’s Gardens in Giverny and the Harcourt Arboretum in Lyons-la-Forêt, one of the largest tree gardens in the country. Also, while on the ‘Essence of Burgundy 7 Provence’, guests will sail through one of the most renowned wine regions in France to view the topiary garden at Château de Couches and the baroque garden style of Château de Cormatin.
Clients looking to extend their time in Europe have until Feb. 28, 2021 to take advantage of complimentary pre- or post-cruise land packages in St. Malo, France and Barcelona, Spain, available on select 2022 departure dates.
