TORONTO — Travel agents have only a few more days to sign up for the Costa Rica Specialist Program and be entered to win a US$125 gift card.

The program, available on Travelweek’s Learning Centre, runs until May 30. Completing the program will automatically earn agents two contest ballots for a weekly prize. Additional ballots can be earned by completing weekly questions on the contest landing page.

In the contest’s final week, agents still have the chance to win a $125 gift card at www.localkeeps.com, an online retail store that specializes in beauty and food products made by Costa Rican eco-friendly entrepreneurs. Products range from snacks and coffees to body scrubs, essential oils and body creams.

Upon completion of the specialist program, agents will gain a deeper understanding of Costa Rica’s top attractions and national parks, its world-renowned biodiversity, sustainable initiatives and latest COVID-19 protocols, all of which will help them sell the destination more effectively.
