MONTREAL — With Air Canada Vacations’ exclusive offers winding down, clients are being encouraged to book now to receive bonus perks and savings.

Those who book by end of day today, June 30, for travel in late 2021 or 2022 will benefit from exclusive offers including free combined CareFlexPlus and CareFree protection plans. In addition to free seat selection, year-round Price Drop Guarantee, StormGuard and a $50 waiver on administration change fees, these plans allow travellers to transfer their package, change their departure date, destination or hotel up to seven days prior to departure, or cancel with a full refund up until 25 days prior to departure. 

Plus, travellers can take advantage of a reduced deposit of $50 per person and savings of up to $400 per family ($100 per adult and $100 per child) when booking their 2021/2022 holiday through a travel agent.

These early booking perks are valid for departure dates between Sept. 1, 2021 and April 30, 2022 to select destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

Other exclusive offers include ‘Buy One, Get One at 50% offer,’ which runs until July 4, 2021. Clients who book a seven-night beach vacation will get the second vacation package at 50% off for departures between July 1 and Oct. 31, 2021 to select destinations in Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

Also available is the ‘Holiday in the sun!’ offer, available until July 11, 2021 and valid for travel between Dec. 19-31, 2021. This deal includes savings of up to 30% and the possibility to secure bookings with a deposit of only $50 per person. This offer is applicable on select vacation packages to Mexico, the Caribbean and Central America.

Air Canada Vacations is also reminding travel agents and clients that bookings to international destinations will no longer include the COVID-19 Coverage & Assistance plan administered by Allianz Global Assistance as of July 26, 2021. The plan still covers all eligible customers who book through July 25, for travel by Oct. 31, 2021.
