TORONTO — The largest SeaU in Encore Cruises’ history has wrapped up after a week onboard Norwegian Getaway.
The event attracted travel partners from across Canada, with 12 preferred cruise line suppliers and over 150 participants.
“We had such a fantastic week. Our cruise line partners had the opportunity to showcase their product lines and more importantly, to spend quality time with our travel agent partners,” said Nathalie Tanious, Vice President of Cruises.
“This is the ultimate networking opportunity for our suppliers and our travel partners. Our travel partners received firsthand information about the various cruise lines including key highlights about TravelBrands and all of our products.”
Universal Travel’s Scott Stone said taking part in SeaU sets agents apart from the competition. “Attending this conference always results in keeping you focused, more informed and above all having the ability to build stronger relationships with your cruise partners.”
Participants also received motivating sales training by Robert Becker, Norwegian Cruise Line’s Senior Vice president of Consumer Research, as well as PR and Selling seminars by John Bateman of CLIA.
