BOSTON — Delta Edge Wallet, new from Delta Air Lines, gives travel agency and corporate customers a point system to manage complimentary tickets, upgrades and vouchers.
A recent addition to the Delta Professional travel management portals, Delta Edge Wallet provides the ability to search and request available complimentary ticket and upgrade inventory, access awarded incentives, and view real-time transaction history and reporting. Travel professionals can also send drink and WiFi vouchers directly to their travellers’ FlyDelta App.
Currently on the Delta Professional Corporate website the airline’s partners can manage their Delta Edge benefits, including Delta Edge Wallet, as well as on-demand access to Sky Partner reports featuring contract performance as well as beyond contract value. With the enhanced website, partners now have quick access to a new user-friendly design, at a glance operational statistics and targeted news, says Delta.
Delta Professional was launched in 2014 as a self-service travel management portal providing easy access to industry news, benefits, and customer reporting.
“Delta Pro has long been recognized by our customers as a game changer, and with these added benefits, especially the Delta Edge Wallet, it really showcases that we are listening to our customers who can, now, easily manage complimentary tickets and upgrades as well as enhance their travelers’ trip by sending amenities directly to the Fly Delta app,” said Kristen Shovlin, Delta’s Vice President-Sales Operations and Development.
For travel agents, the Delta Professional website has a range of self-service tools including applications for managing waivers and booking preferred seats as well as Delta University. These applications have now been expanded to include quicker access to travel exceptions information, the ability to allocate ASRP points to the branch level and two additional waiver types.
