QUINCY, MA — Icelandair has launched a 96-hour sale with roundtrip fares starting at $499 from both Toronto and Edmonton to Reykjavik.
The travel window is Jan. 10 – March 31. Fares are non-refundable and include all taxes and fees. Passengers can travel any day of the week but there’s a minimum Saturday night stay and a maximum stay of 30 days from arrival.
Icelandair has seen the largest growth in its 78-year history in 2015 and for the first time carried more than three million passengers in one year, a milestone it celebrated earlier this month. Icelandair expects to break this record with approximately 3.5 million passengers in 2016.
From Canada the airline offers regular service to Iceland from Toronto and Edmonton and seasonal service from Vancouver, Halifax, Montreal. Connections through Icelandair’s hub at Keflavik International Airport are available to more than 20 destinations in Scandinavia, the U.K. and continental Europe. Icelandair also allows passengers to take an Icelandair Stopover for up to seven nights at no additional airfare. See icelandair.com.
