MISSISSAUGA — Huntington Travel Group is doing its part to better the planet with a new partnership with Trees4Travel.
As part of its ESG (environmental, social and corporate governance) initiatives, Huntington will promote Trees4Travel’s mission to restore ecosystems, biodiversity and support local communities through the planting of trees. Every tree is also backed up with a share of an investment into United Nations (CER) Renewable energy carbon credit projects.
With the new partnership, travel advisors and Huntington customers can also now use Trees4Travel’s dedicated dashboard and emissions calculator to rebalance their carbon footprint. This free tool will help them understand the impact of their travel and make more sustainable choices.

“We are thrilled to be partnering with Trees4Travel and to be taking a step towards more mindful and eco-friendly travel,” said Ravi Kumar, COO of Huntington Travel Group. “Our partnership will allow us to make a positive impact on the environment.”
According to Trees4Travel, trees are one of the most powerful absorbers of carbon emissions, and by growing trees around the world, travellers can help fight climate change and build a more sustainable and equitable world.
