Opening June 2025: Nobu Hotel Toronto

TORONTO — Toronto’s luxury hospitality landscape is set to reach new heights with the much-anticipated opening of Nobu Hotel Toronto this summer.

Scheduled to welcome guests from June 1, 2025, the hotel is now accepting online reservations and offering a grand opening promotion.

Following the resounding success of its restaurant debut in August 2024 and the rapid sell-out of its luxury residences, Nobu Hotel Toronto boasts 36 rooms and suites and is the first luxury hotel in the city to be situated at the very top of a mixed-use property (floors 41 to 45). It’s located a short walk from sports and entertainment venues and iconic landmarks like the CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena, Rogers Centre, Union Station and Toronto Harbourfront.

“Nobu Hotel Toronto will be a monumental addition to the luxury hotel landscape in the city,” said Benoit Pretet, General Manager of Nobu Hotel Toronto. “Situated in a prime location in the heart of the entertainment district and just steps from cultural landmarks like TIFF, Nobu Hotel Toronto will quickly become the city’s urban oasis.”

Guests can look forward to a host of luxurious amenities, including:

  • Complimentary mini-bar: Indulge in locally curated treats and non-alcoholic refreshments
  • Priority restaurant access: Secure reservations at Nobu Toronto when booking a stay
  • Sakura Lounge: An exclusive space for hotel guests offering daily full breakfast, all-day dining, and curated weekly programming
  • Wellness experiences: A fitness centre with TechnoGym equipment, Peloton bikes, and Frame Pilates reformers. In-room Zen Wellness programs will include Alo yoga equipment, on-demand fitness classes, and local spa recommendations
  • Guestroom amenities: Japanese Deep Soaking Wood Tub, Japanese Toto, Bathorium and Byredo products, and Dyson appliances
  • In-room dining: Enjoy signature Nobu-style dishes delivered to your room anytime.
