MIAMI — Sustainable hotel brand management company SH Hotels & Resorts has announced plans to launch 1 Hotel & Homes San Miguel de Allende in 2027.

The new property aims to set a high standard for luxury and sustainability, minutes from San Miguel de Allende’s city centre.

The hotel will feature 97 rooms (and 48 residences), each with its own terrace and city views. The grounds will include gardens, reflection pools, and a small lake.

The culinary offerings will showcase local cuisine, and an expansive spa will provide wellness journeys. There will also be an outdoor event space for celebrations and meetings.
