RIVIERA NAYARIT — Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, an all-inclusive resort and part of Marriott Bonvoy’s extensive portfolio, has expanded its offerings with the addition of a new tower, Zafiro.
The Zafiro tower introduces 100 new rooms and suites, enhancing the resort’s existing inventory of 212 accommodations. Designed with contemporary elegance, the tower includes 46 Standard Rooms with two queen beds, 34 Standard Rooms with one king bed, and 20 Master Suites featuring one king bed. Notably, 90% of the rooms are connecting, catering to families and group travellers. Guests can enjoy breathtaking mountain views, along with select rooms offering glimpses of the Pacific Ocean.
The expansion also brings five new dining venues showcasing diverse international cuisines. Salt & Thyme offers all-day family-style dining with a farm-to-table approach, while Carbon Steel presents an adults-only outdoor fire-cooking experience for an additional fee. Manolo, an adults-only evening venue, celebrates the flavours of Southern Spain with traditional tapas and a Spanish-inspired beverage menu. Organic & Co provides a health-conscious menu with sustainably sourced ingredients, and Press + Start delivers a casual atmosphere featuring an extensive draft beverage selection alongside classic arcade games and comfort food.
For families, the Zafiro tower debuts the Delta Kids Club, a dedicated space for children aged 4-12 to engage in fun and educational activities, including games, entertainment and supervised mealtimes, allowing parents to explore the resort’s other amenities.
Another standout feature of the expansion is the introduction of a pet-friendly policy, making Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit the first all-inclusive resort in Marriott International’s Mexico portfolio to welcome pets. Guests can now vacation with their furry companions for a nominal fee.
The resort also unveils new state-of-the-art facilities, including a rooftop designed for pop-up adults-only events, an infinity adults-only pool and sophisticated lounge areas. Additionally, the Zafiro ballroom, spanning 1,205 square feet, provides a stunning venue for conferences, weddings and special occasions, with natural light and views of Banderas Bay.
