Beaches Turks and Caicos to debut new Village in spring 2026

PROVIDENCIALES — Beaches Resorts has announced a major expansion at its award-winning family resort in Turks and Caicos, introducing the all-new Treasure Beach Village.

Now open for reservations for spring 2026 arrivals, the expansion will add 101 multi-bedroom concierge and butler suites to the property, including two-, three- and four-bedroom luxury accommodations. With a US$150 million investment, this development increases the resort’s total key count to 858 and marks the sixth village at Beaches Turks and Caicos.

Situated along a half-mile stretch of Grace Bay’s pristine waters, the 100-acre beachfront Treasure Beach Village will feature a 15,000-square-foot infinity-edge pool, new dining options including a ‘food hall’ concept, and family-friendly amenities such as a 32-seat cinema.

“Family time together is life’s greatest treasure, and that philosophy is at the heart of what we’ve set out to create here at Beaches Resorts,” said Executive Chairman Adam Stewart. “The Caribbean is a wonderland, and mark my words, this is the place where kids will voluntarily surrender their electronic devices.”

COASTAL-INSPIRED RETREAT

Designed to reflect the beauty of its surroundings, Treasure Beach Village incorporates coastal elegance throughout its architecture. Guests will be welcomed with ocean views and unique design elements, such as an intricately carved ceiling sea garden in the lobby and a local artisan installation made entirely of conch shells. Guest rooms will feature seashell and bird motifs to enhance the tranquil atmosphere.

A centrepiece of the village is its expansive main pool, designed with a natural gradient to mimic the beach. The pool includes a footbridge for easy access, three slides, a splash pad for toddlers and coves designed for relaxation. A swim-up bar, in-pool seating and table booths complete the experience.

SPACIOUS SUITES WITH VIEWS

Treasure Beach Village will introduce a range of luxury accommodations tailored for families and groups. Among the standout offerings is the Treasure Beach Chairman’s Penthouse Suite, a two-storey, 2,800-square-foot retreat featuring three bedrooms and expansive living areas. The beachfront, three-storey Treasure Beach CrystalSky Reserve Villas will offer four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a private pool and a rooftop deck for sunbathing and stargazing.

Other family-friendly suites include two- and three-bedroom options with modern bunk beds, spacious kitchens and open-air living rooms designed to bring the outdoors in. Select accommodations will feature home-style amenities such as a washer and dryer, wine cooler and outdoor gas cooktop.

NEW DINING & ENTERTAINMENT

Treasure Beach Village will introduce seven new food and beverage concepts, available to all Beaches Turks and Caicos guests. Butch’s Island Chophouse, paying tribute to Beaches Resorts’ founder Gordon “Butch” Stewart, will make its debut at the resort. Additional highlights include the BRÜ coffee bar, which transforms into a cocktail lounge in the evening, a swim-up bar with a snow cone station, and Pinta Food Hall, the first of its kind at a Beaches Resort, offering global cuisines from tacos and ceviche to dumplings and made-to-order pizza.

Entertainment additions include the 32-seat Starfish Cinema, offering popcorn and refreshments, along with sunken social pods designed for family relaxation.

Treasure Beach Village joins the existing Caribbean, Seaside, Key West, Italian and French villages at Beaches Turks and Caicos. The resort features a 45,000-square-foot Pirates Island Waterpark, 30 specialty dining options and 16 pools. Guests can enjoy unlimited land and water sports, including kayaking, windsurfing, basketball and PADI-certified scuba diving. Complimentary Kids Camp programming, Sesame Street character experiences, and teen-focused entertainment ensure an engaging experience for young travellers.
