TORONTO — Goway Travel’s GroupsOnly Department has announced the appointment of Evan Kranson as its new dedicated BDM.

Stepping into the role with over 25 years’ experience in sales and customer service, Kranson has worked for both airlines and wholesalers during his expansive career. He will be based in the Philadelphia area and will be responsible for the North America region as a whole.

Barbara Norton, the Group Department’s General Manager, said Kranson’s experience will be a major asset to the division: “With a dedicated Groups BDM, a whole new dimension has opened for the department in customer service and support and in continued growth with new contacts and leads.
