TORONTO — Samantha Gillingham has joined the Club Med Canada sales team as BDM for Ontario and B.C.

Jacinda Lowry, National Sales Director of Club Med Canada, made the announcement today.

Gillingham joins the company with more than 10 years of experience in the travel industry.

She will share the Ontario province with Janet Martin and Maria Chung.

Gillingham got her start in the travel industry at Transat Holidays in Toronto and over the next 10 years, she worked as a retail agent for major tour operators and airlines. She has held various senior positions at Flight Centre Travel Group, Jet Airways and Sunwing Travel Group.



Gillingham’s in-depth knowledge of the market will be a crucial advantage in her new Business Development Manager role with Club Med, says Lowry. “We are thrilled and proud to have Samantha joining our team. Samantha’s experience and know-how in the tourism industry will be a definite asset in expanding our brand awareness in growing markets such as Ontario and British Columbia. She is a great fit with Club Med and a great addition to the team.”
