TORONTO — PLAY, a new low-cost airline, is aiming to make it easier for Canadian travellers to decide where to plan their vacation time this summer season.

PLAY offers commission to Canadian travel agents, offering 5% net rates on individual bookings to all agents and travel consultants that book through its travel agent portal.
