MONTEGO BAY — The first guests of Sandals Royal Caribbean’s new Over-the-Water Bungalows arrived this past weekend, marking the grand debut of Sandals Resorts’ latest luxury innovation.

Following the huge success of the resort’s five Over-the-Water Villas in December 2016, the 12 new Over-the-Water Bungalows opened on March 4 on the shores of Montego Bay. Ultra-luxe details include glass vision floor panels and lit water for optimal night viewing, private outdoor Tranquility Soaking Tubs for two and overwater hammocks.

Every bungalow boasts hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings, custom crafted king-size beds, a smart TV and bathrooms with his and hers sinks and walk-in rain shower. Outside, each private patio is equipped with an extended sun deck, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a bistro set for two.

Other selling features include 24/7 butler service, exclusive in-room dining and direct resort access via a ‘Royal Duffy’ luxury boat. Bungalow guests also enjoy personal airport greeting with expedited immigration, private luxury resort transfers, welcome gift, free Wi-Fi and more.
