Tropical Cyclone Winston has left 18 people dead as well as a trail of debris and destruction in Fiji. Travelweek reported yesterday that the main international airport on Viti Levu has been reopened. Since then, Tourism Fiji has continued to send updates from its twitter account about the state of hotels and resorts in the Bula region:
