MEXICO CITY — Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancun All Inclusive has unveiled five refurbished dining venues following a multi-million-dollar renovation to its property last year.

Located on site, the five restaurants now feature refreshed décor and new furniture that are sure to surpass guest expectations, said the company.

“We aim to serve more than just meals and provide guests with a complete dining experience where they won’t just remember the food they ate, but will be able to take away the entire experience – from the top-quality service to the restaurant’s vibrant atmosphere,” said Gerardo Rivera, Corporate Chef of Posada Mexico.

Among the resort’s 11 dining options is El Mexicano, which recently debuted an enhanced menu featuring such signature dishes as Costillar de Res, or rib of beef, cooked in its juices and served with a guajillo chili sauce. The restaurant’s colourful atmosphere and Mexican-accented décor complement tunes of traditional live music.

Additional renovated dining areas include La Cenaduria, the Lobby Bar, the Sushi Bar and la Cevicheria, another guest favourite for such specialty dishes as the famous Aguachile de Sinaloa seafood syrup and fish tacos.
