Who knew you could make commission on an animal encounter at SeaWorld?
SeaWorld Specialists, that’s who. SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s online program for its travel agent partners offers park information, access to marketing tools and the ability to earn free tickets. Most importantly, travel agents can learn about how to earn commission on tickets, animal encounters, vacation packages and more.
The benefits of becoming a Travel Agent Partner include access to all SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment product and the ability to offer commissionable products beyond the standard tickets that operators sell.
Agents who register will receive 10% commission on all products they sell. E-tickets/confirmation will be forwarded directly. Commissions are paid monthly.
Land packages at official SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment hotel can include deals for kids. By booking an official SeaWorld hotel agents can also offer their clients early access, reserved seating at select shows and further discounts in park.
Agents who complete the SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment – Travel Academy Course earn four CTC Credits from ACTA. Agents will also receive two free tickets to any of the parks (except Discovery Cove).
SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment’s travel agent website, seaworldparks.com/travelagents, enables agents to book everything for a client’s vacation at the company’s 10 parks in one place, says Randy Anger, Director Sales & Marketing – Canada, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment.
“Tour operators currently only offer agents the ability to sell key park tickets,” says Anger. “Tour operators do not offer any behind-the-scene tours, meals, stroller rentals, Quick Queue passes, etc. in their current Florida programs. All of which consumers may purchase and agent can sell, earning commission, by registering at seaworldparks.com/travelagents.”
