The hotel company has announced the grand opening of the new 226-room DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz, the latest addition to the DoubleTree by Hilton brand portfolio, which already has more than 460 hotels in 38 countries.

Boasting an ideal location only eight miles from the airport, DoubleTree by Hilton Veracruz is a perfect choice for business travel and leisure getaways. It offers 226 spacious guestrooms and suites in a nine-storey modern-style building with marble floors and an expansive view of the open ocean and harbour. All rooms feature the Sweet Dreams bed by DoubleTree Sleep Experience as well as flatscreen TVs with premium channels, spacious bathrooms and bath amenities from London-based Aroma Actives.

With business travellers in mind, the rooms also include a workstation, ergonomic chairs and complimentary Wi-Fi in rooms and public areas. The hotel also offers more than 19,000 square feet of space for events and conventions, including ballrooms with stunning views of the sea.

Other facilities and amenities include Enxebre restaurant, Bar 47, 24-hour room service, a well-equipped fitness centre, laundry, valet parking and the Wake-up DoubleTree Breakfast buffet.
