MIAMI — Clients booking Karisma packages with Air Canada Vacations will receive up to 59% off hotel bookings and a $300 resort credit as part of ACV’s Preferred Partner status with Karisma Hotels & Resorts.

ACV is Karisma’s Preferred Partner through May 31, part of a month-to-month program that sees the resort company pair with select Canadian and U.S. tour operators to offer consumer deals, agent training and other incentives.

Preferred Partner benefits include product knowledge support, sales incentives and assistance, weekly contests and web and social media exposure. The training, which takes place prior to the start of the month, focuses on reservations, groups and sales with the goal of providing a better understanding of Karisma Hotels & Resorts’ differentiators, including its Gourmet Inclusive Experience. Incentives can include gift cards, complimentary stays, and the chance to enter to win a grand prize giveaway.

Resort credits can be used towards services such as a couples Sky Massage and candlelight dinners. It is only combinable with the following promotions: Cash for Your Bash, Your Stay Your Way, and Canada Cash. It is only available for new bookings with a minimum stay of three nights – valid at all El Dorado Spa Resorts, Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya, Generations Riviera Maya, Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts, by Karisma.

Karisma Hotels & Resorts also offers its Preferred Partners extra exposure during their designated month, including a feature on Karisma’s agent database promoting current specials, a spotlight on Karisma’s travel agent portal and dedicated social media outreach.
