TORONTO — Hola Sun has a heads up for travel advisors as the company rolls out its new EFT payment system.

Here’s Hola Sun’s message to its agent partners …

“Our accounting department is in the process of setting up EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) payments, and as part of this process, they require your bank information to complete the setup.

“A downloadable Excel file is available at the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Qo81Q6QIBFVKpDtmaCb0adotHPGsXB2-4eXNhE3K-8E/edit?gid=0#gid=0

“Please submit the completed file to the following email address: adminassistant@holasunholidays.ca

To get set up with the EFT system, Hola Sun also asks agents to provide a copy of a voided cheque.

And one more important note: “Make sure to download the file as an Excel file and send us the completed Excel version.”
