TORONTO — VoX International has announced Anja Brokjans as its new Director of Public Relations.
Having assumed the role in January 2025, Brokjans is responsible for leading public relations strategies and initiatives for VISIT FLORIDA and St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
She is well known in the travel industry, with over a decade of experience in international tourism marketing and strategic communications and having previously served as Director of Marketing and Sales for the German National Tourist Office (GNTO), represented in Canada by VoX. The GNTOʻs Canadian office closed on Dec. 31, 2024 due to GNTB budget cuts.
On her new position, Brokjans said: “Having worked alongside the VoX team for many years, stepping into this role feels like a natural progression. I look forward to promoting Florida and St. Vincent and the Grenadines – two destinations with distinct character and strong appeal – and to supporting our partners in navigating today’s travel market.”

Shahfreen Elavia, who has been handing PR and media relations for both VISIT FLORIDA and St. Vincent and the Grenadines for Vox is on leave with the firm.
