Crystal Cruises has promoted Donna Cook, formerly Director of Sales for Western U.S. and Canada, to Vice President of Quality Control and Communications. Cook, a 12-year veteran with Crystal, will be responsible for overseeing the onboard guest experience and operational developments, and serve as liaison between Operations, Sales and Marketing and the onboard hotel management team to ensure alignment of communications. She will continue to serve out of Crystal’s corporate office in Los Angeles and report directly to Thomas Mazloum, Chief Operating Officer.
