Virgin Voyages has a new WAVE offer, a new ship and more!

MIAMI — The new year is off to an exciting start for Virgin Voyages, with a new WAVE offer, a collection of specialty voyages, new ports of call and the long-awaited debut of its fourth and final ship.

“A new ship, new experiences and new iconic destinations are just the start of what 2025 has in store for us,” said Nirmal Saverimuttu, CEO of Virgin Voyages. “It’s going to be an incredible year, starting with one of the most valuable WAVE offers out there. We’ve never believed in nickel and diming our Sailors – we’re staying committed to delivering epic, kid-free vacations on our fleet of not too big, and not too small, boutique-sized ships that keep Sailors coming back time and time again.”

Already sailing to more than 100 destinations, Virgin Voyages is enticing travellers to come aboard with what Saverimuttu says is the line’s best-of-the-year WAVE offer: buy one Sailor and get the second 80% off, plus up to US$300 in free drinks.

The offer applies to all itineraries, including Brilliant Lady’s five-night maiden voyage in September 2024, from the home of Lady Liberty to the beaches of Bermuda. Also available to book with the offer is the brand’s most popular itineraries for 2024, including the four-night ‘Fire and Sunset Soirées’ to Key West, and the seven-night ‘French Daze and Ibiza Nights’ from Barcelona to Marseilles, Cannes and Mallorca.

LONGER ITINERARIES

For 2025, new data shows that Virgin Voyages’ guests are loving the brand’s longer itineraries, with repeat rates often reaching 40%-50%. One of the line’s fastest-growing routes, for example, is the six-night ‘Western Caribbean Charm’ to Costa Maya and Roatán, while the 10-night ‘Starry Nights in Greece and Croatia’ featuring calls in Santorini, Dubrovnik, Mykonos and more is also proving to be very popular.

SUMMER PASS

Those sailing in the summer months can take advantage of the Summer Season Pass, of which a limited quantity is still available. Starting at $14,999 per cabin, this month-long adventure at sea offers a work-life balance thanks to fast Wi-Fi at sea.

SPECIALTY SAILINGS

Back by popular demand in 2025 are the brand’s specialty sailings such as ‘Eat & Drink Festival,’ holiday voyages celebrating everything from Valentine’s Day to Halloween, and ‘A Virgin Celebration Voyage,’ which was headlined by Boy George last year. This month also marks the return of Virgin’s wellness sailings featuring healthy happy tours, high-energy group fitness classes and spa days.

Women’s health and well-being will take centre stage this year with Virgin’s annual ‘Elevate Voyage’ featuring expert-led workshops, inspiring talks and glow-up experiences. Also available to book are new sailings like the first-ever U.S. Comedy Festival at sea and a special Mother’s Day celebration.

BRILLIANT LADY

Hitting the high seas in September 2025, Brilliant Lady will embark on a cross-country trip with a series of longer itineraries of up to 14 nights. During its inaugural season, the ship’s North American Tour will include highly requested homeports and iconic ports of calls like New York City to Bermuda in Canada; Los Angeles to Mexico; Miami to the ABC Islands; and Seattle to Alaska, making Brilliant Lady the newest ship in the Pacific Northwest. It will also complete one epic voyage through the Panama Canal to Costa Rica and Guatemala.
