MONTEGO BAY — Couples Resorts has appointed Francine Allen as its new Director of Sales, Canada.

In her new role, Allen will spearhead sales efforts across Couples’ four properties: Couples Tower Isle, Couples Sans Souci, Couples Swept Away, and Couples Negril. With over 17 years of experience, Allen joins the Couples team from Venturo Hospitality Group in the UK where she led global marketing strategies and brand management. Her career also includes previous roles at Air Canada, as well as marketing, sales and hotel operations at Sandals Resorts and Unique Vacations.

In addition to Allen’s appointment, Couples Resorts has al so promoted Garfield Collins to Director of Strategic Accounts, North America. Collins began his tenure with Couples Resorts at Couples Swept Away in 1996. His extensive experience also includes roles at SuperClubs as well as a pivotal position overseeing sales in The Bahamas, Jamaica and Cuba before his return to Couples Resorts.
