HOLLYWOOD, FL — In response to the situation in Israel that has developed in recent weeks, Costa Cruises has modified the itinerary of Costa Pacifica cruises scheduled from Sept. 15 to Nov. 20, substituting overnight calls at Istanbul, Turkey, and one-day calls at Volos, Greece, for the originally scheduled overnight calls at Ashdod and Haifa, Israel.

Likewise, the Sept. 5 cruise itinerary for Costa Deliziosa will be modified by substituting the originally scheduled overnight call at Haifa with an overnight call at Istanbul and adding one-day calls at Volos and Heraklion, Greece, to replace two sea days.

Costa says it will continue to carefully monitor the situation in Israel and nearby areas.
