The Travel Industry Council of Ontario’s Board of Directors approved payment of $9,970.14 to assist 11 consumers who did not receive the travel services for which they had paid. The payment was due to the closure of Best Way to Travel in Toronto ($2,664.72) and Mexicana Airlines in Mexico ($7,305.42).
