TORONTO — Club Med’s newly launched Great Agents Loyalty Program offers more opportunities for Turquoise, Silver, Gold and Platinum Great Agents to redeem various rewards for points earned.
Under the program, agents will receive one point for each dollar sold. More sales equals more points, and more rewards, says the company.
“We are committed to reward our valued travel partners for their efforts, and have taken into consideration their comments to build a new rewards program inspired by them,” said Jacinda Lowry, National Sales Director, Club Med Canada.
“It is important to us that travel agents live the unique Club Med experience, in order to sell it to their clients. And this new Great Agents program is just the ticket!”
Great Agents can redeem their hard earned points for free nights at Club Med resorts in North America (6,000 points = 1 free night), and experience Club Med’s upscale all-inclusive vacations.
Silver, Gold and Platinum Great Agents “who go the extra mile” will also get a room upgrade during their stay. Great Agents will also benefit from the Great Members loyalty program as clients when they travel to a Club Med resort.
Agents will continue to receive year-round personalized support and marketing resources designed to help their businesses grow including 24/7 access to a dedicated travel agent portal, customizable marketing collateral, direct access to a local Business Development Manager, and more, says Lowry.
As an added incentive, Club Med has also introduced the 2018 Great Agents sweepstakes. Great Agents will automatically be entered for the chance to win 100,000 extra bonus points. Agents earn one entry for every 10,000 points collected.
Great Agents will also be able to offer rewards to their clients. “Whether it is a room upgrade for a client’s next dream getaway, a promotion to the next Great Member status or offering resort credits, Great Agents will be able to spoil their most valued customers,” says the company.
