TORONTO — Club Med is extending its pre-sale to March 29, 2021, allowing travellers to enjoy up to 50% off vacation packages to international sun and ski destinations.

While the company acknowledges that now is not the time for Canadians to travel, it is, however, the best time to book a future holiday at the best rates guaranteed. Early bookers can receive up to 50% off when selecting from the following adventure and leisure options:

Domestic Destinations

Canada’s first and only all-inclusive mountain resort, Club Med Québec Charlevoix, will open its doors on Dec. 3, 2021. It will feature a ski-in, ski-out experience and a full roster of activities, both indoors and outdoors, and will offer packages, services and accommodations for families, couples, singles, friends and Meetings & Events groups. The 4-Trident resort will also feature 302 rooms including an Exclusive Collection space with 25 suites.

To take advantage of the pre-sale, clients must book before March 29, 2021 and travel from Dec. 3, 2021 to April 10, 2022.

Sun-Soaked Stays

Those who book by March 29, 2021 and travel between Nov. 6, 2021 to July 1, 2022 can save up to 50% off at the following properties:

• Club Med Michès Playa Esmeralda, Dominican Republic: This environmentally friendly, all-inclusive resort features four distinct boutique-villages, immaculate beaches dotted with palm groves, and local excursions, including whale watching in Samaná Bay.
• Club Med Punta Cana, Dominican Republic: This all-inclusive resort on the island of Hispaniola features highlights like Club med CREACTIVE by Cirque du Soleil and the Zen Oasis zone, an adults-only haven.

Travellers who book a 2022 ski getaway in the Alps before March 29, for travel between Nov. 21, 2021 and May 8, 2022, can save up to 30% off and secure key dates, including Christmas and New Year’s Eve. They can choose from 15 resorts across the French, Italian and Swiss Alps, including a cozy refuge high up in the Grandes Rousses mountains at Club Med Alpe d’Huez or Les Arcs Panorama featuring a Cinq Mondes spa, heated indoor and outdoor pools, Turkish bath and more.

To provide guests with added peace of mind, Club Med’s Free Cancellation Policy offers a full refund should they need to cancel their stay (up to 31 days prior to departure) for travel on or prior to April 30, 2022. Additionally, Club Med’s Emergency Assistance Program provides clients travelling before Dec. 31, 2022 with coverage for emergency medical expenses during their stay, including those related to COVID-19.

All Club Med resorts have implemented enhanced health and hygiene protocols as part of the brand’s Safe Together program. These include protective face coverings for staff, hand sanitizer available throughout the resort, deep cleaning and frequent sanitizing of surfaces and facilities, social distancing, capped resort capacity, temperature checks on arrival and periodically during the stay, and 24/7 doctor or nursing staffing.
