WASHINGTON, D.C. — Travel agents are invited to sail on the MSC Meraviglia and explore the new MSC Ocean Cay while attending CLIA’s inaugural Seminar at Sea.
Taking place aboard the Meraviglia from Nov. 17-21, the event will include five live trainings for agents to participate in, including four brand new seminars. These include:
- Better listening Skills for Better Business: This seminar will show which behaviours need to be avoided to ensure concentration during conversation. There will be strategies to reinforce abilities needed to recall, pay attention and really listen.
- (NEW) Marketing 201: Implementing Effective Cruise Marketing: This seminar will demonstrate proven techniques that assist in creating effective marketing pieces for social media, newsletters, and other platforms.
- (NEW) Cruise Lead Generation – Using Lead Pages: Agents will learn what a lead page is and how to set it up, and how to design and implement across all online media platforms.
- (NEW) Luxury Cruise – Large Ship Luxury: Agents will learn how large ships are changing the luxury market, and how this can appeal to clients in every demographic.
- (NEW) Luxury Cruise – Premium and Small Ship Luxury: Are all premium and small ships created equal? Agents will find out the answer in this seminar about luxury travel.
