MISSISSAUGA — TICO has charged Brian M. McKinlay , who operated under the names of Meridien Holdings Inc./Meridien Cottages, with one count of operating as a travel agent without being registered. 

It is alleged that McKinlay operated under the Meridien names without being registered with TICO between June 2020 and April 2021.

He will appear in court in Lindsay, Ontario on July 27 at 1:30 p.m.
