MISSISSAUGA — After being charged by TICO, Yves Gildas Emolo Morrison has been convicted of one count of operating as a travel agent without registration, contrary to the Travel Industry Act, 2002.

Morrison was ordered to pay a fine of $6,250 including surcharges, and has been sentenced to a two-year probation order. He was also ordered to pay $6,550 restitution to consumers.
