TORONTO — Canada Jetlines’ first scheduled flight to Mexico from Canada took place today, between Toronto and Cancun.
Says Canada Jetlines’ Chief Commercial Officer, Duncan Bureau: “Canada Jetlines is very proud to operate our first scheduled flight between Canada and Mexico. Following the recent announcement of our first successful scheduled operation to Las Vegas, Nevada, we are pleased to be flying this morning to Cancun.”
Bureau added that Canada Jetlines continues to value and work with travel advisors a priority for the airline right from the start.
“Canada Jetlines continues to expand on the strong relationships with the travel agency community, and tourism boards in both Canada and Mexico,” he said.
Canada Jetlines is “looking forward to adding more markets and partners across North America, Mexico, and the Caribbean,” he added.
The new service to Cancun is the latest new destination for Canada Jetlines, after the start of the Toronto-Las Vegas flights last month. Flights between Toronto-Vancouver took off in October 2022, and between Toronto-Calgary in September 2022. Last month Canada Jetlines also announced its flights are now bookable through Sabre.
