TORONTO — Some would say the best kind of vacation is a boozy one. If your clients prefer beers over beaches and cocktails over culture, they’re going to want to get their hands on a new map that reveals the top world cities with the highest number of bars.
Published by Alpha Travel Insurance and created using TripAdvisor data, the new map is interactive and clearly identifies the top 10 cities to visit for a boozy good time.
Seven out of the top 10 are located in Europe, including Madrid with 865 bars, Prague with 601, and Berlin with 596.
Coming in at a very respectable third is New York, which is home to 875 bars, while Tokyo ranked second with 955 bars.
And the city with the most number of place to get your drink on? London, with a grand total of 1,327 bars!
