TORONTO — Contiki’s new 2018 USA & Canada program features a stand-alone nine-day Hawaii trip, a first for the company.
Contiki says that in its recent ‘The No Regrets List’ survey, the U.S. and Canada consistently topped millennials’ bucket lists of regions they looked forward to visiting in 2017. Both Gen Y and Gen Z respondents from across Canada indicated that travelling within North America was their top priority this year, says the tour operator.
The new 2018 USA & Canada program includes two limited edition trips, Munch and Snap, focusing on food and photography. Clients who book and pay in full by June 1, 2017 can save up to $1,285 (10% off) on all departures on or after April 1, 2018 as part of the brand’s Early Payment Discount.

The Big Kahuna
This nine-day Hawaii Island hopper trip offers a plethora of No Regrets Experiences, says Contiki. The new, In-Depth itinerary will visit Oahu, Hawaii Island and Maui. Highlights include down time on the beaches of Waikiki, visiting the USS Arizonian Memorial and Punchbowl Cemetery to learn about the historic events of Pearl Harbor, snorkelling on the beaches of Maui and mountain biking down the 3055m Mt Haleakala Volcano.
Northwest Passage
Northwest Passage is a journey through Vancouver, Victoria, Tofino and Whistler. The nine days of explorations and adventures range from discovering the hip shops and cafés of Vancouver to visiting the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve as well as outdoor activities on the mountains of Whistler. Surf lessons, bear viewing, private sunset dinner cruise are just a few of the Me Time Optional experiences also available.
MUNCH
Boots, Scoot N Blues –Taking over two departures of the popular High-Energy ‘Boots, Scoot N Blues’ trip, this limited edition tasty extravaganza will take Contiki travellers through the food scenes of Austin, San Antonio, New Orleans, Memphis and Nashville. The itinerary includes everything from food truck experiences to cooking schools. SNAP
Canada & the Rockies –B.C. and western Alberta and the Canadian Rockies prove a natural choice for Contiki’s Limited Edition Snap trips.
