5. SPEEDVEGAS

Another recent addition to the Las Vegas entertainment scene is SpeedVegas, located 15 minutes from the Vegas Strip.

It offers a 2.4 kilometre private racetrack where you can get behind the wheel of an exotic race car such as a Ferrari, Lamborghini, Porsche, Corvette or Shelby Mustang.

The adventure starts with an orientation film with commentary from expert drivers, explaining what you can expect and the rules of the track. Then one of the SpeedVegas drivers takes you on a exploratory run on the race track. Once you have picked your helmet and car you’re ready to go. You’re accompanied by one of SpeedVegas’ professional drivers who basically tell you when to accelerate, when to break and where to aim your car. They also ensure that you follow the rules of the track.
