HAMILTON — BermudAir has expanded its fare structure, effective immediately.
The airline now offers five fare types across economy and business class, up from the previous three.
The change means more options for travellers and travel advisors, says Leslie Peden, Senior Vice President of Sales and Distribution at BermudAir.
“We’re excited to enhance our fare structure with more choice and flexibility,” said Peden. “We’ve added Economy Max to our Economy Light and Economy Classic options and introduced Business Light alongside Business. These fare types offer varying levels of booking flexibility and baggage allowances, catering to different traveler needs and budgets.”
Passengers can select fares based on their preferences for checked baggage, lounge access, change fees, refunds, and priority boarding, he added.
“Our new fare categories address the diverse needs and priorities of travellers,” said Peden. “Economy Light offers our lowest lead in fares, while Economy Max, Business Light, and Business include benefits and experiences like no change fees, priority boarding, and lounge access. We aim to support our customers and travel advisors with a structure that maximizes choice and flexibility.”
Just this week BermudAir ramped up service between Bermuda and Halifax to twice a week, with new Wednesday flights added to its schedule, along with Saturday flights.
