VANCOUVER — Rocky Mountaineer has launched its newly revamped TRACKS training platform, featuring new information on how agents can grow their business.

In addition to gaining access to deeper product knowledge, agents will also receive exclusive opportunities for ongoing training webinars and insider sales tips.

The five-module course highlights Rocky Mountaineer’s service levels, routes and seasons, packages and more. Upon completion, they’ll be awarded a certificate honouring their title as a Rocky Mountaineer Specialist.

Benefits of being a Specialist include: an e-logo for agents to display; access to Learning Journeys (the company’s fam tours); and access to the Travel Agent discount program.

To celebrate the launch, Rocky Mountaineer has launched an exclusive agent incentive. Agents who finish the TRACKS training by Dec. 31, 2018 will have their names entered into a draw for two 2-day, rail-only GoldLeaf Service tickets.
