TORONTO — Small ship cruise company Katarina line is now accepting applications from qualified agents for its complimentary four-night ‘Educational Cruise’ fam around the Dalmatian islands and coastline.

“We are grateful for the great support we receive from travel agents and offer these complimentary educational cruises so that they can see for themselves the country’s unique natural beauty, cultural richness and superb gastronomy, as well as the excellent level of service we provide to all of our guests,” said Daniel Hauptfeld, managing director of Katarina Line, who also noted that more than 98% of all bookings are from travel agents.

Set to depart from June 25-29, 2019, the roundtrip cruise will depart from Split on the 38-passenger Deluxe Superior vessel Maritimo, one of the newest in its fleet. From Split, the cruise will visit Korčula, known for its beaches, restaurants and bars, as well as Hvar and the port towns of Bol and Omiš, which was a notorious pirate town during the Middle Ages.

The fam includes accommodation in a modern deluxe superior category cabin with en suite facilities, daily buffet breakfasts, four-course lunches and a Captain’s dinner. Gratuities and drinks are not included. Transfers from Split airport are available upon request for an additional $57 each way for up to three people in the vehicle.

Eligible agents will stay free, with a companion in the same cabin for $317. Agents are encouraged to bring a companion due to the limited number of single cabins.
