TORONTO — Travel agents are invited to apply for the upcoming El Cid Resorts fam to the Riviera Maya.
El Cid Resorts, along with WestJet Vacations, will be hosting the four-night fam from May 10-14 to allow agents to learn more about the resort company, which comprises Hotel Marina El Cid Spa and Beach Resort, and the new Ventus by Marina El Cid.
The fam includes:
- Single room occupancy
- Direct WestJet flights from YYZ and YYC to CUN
- Same-day connections from many other Ontario and western Canadian cities
- Free time to explore the properties and destination
- One included excursion
Only 15 agents will be offered a spot from Ontario and Western Canada, and will be escorted by Dave Emery.
Approximate costs are $480 (YYZ) and $585 (YYC). Connecting flights from YVR, YEG, YYC, YXE, YQE, YLW and other Ontario and Western Canadian cities may be available for an additional $80 or less. Transfers and group meal/excursion tips would be the only additional fee and be approximately US$70.
The fam is open to full-time agents only. No spouses are allowed, and there are no changes to the scheduled flights. Preference will be given to agents who have been booking El Cid Resorts and are members of the El Cid Rewards program.
