TORONTO — The Azores Promotion Board is now offering a second trip to the Azores for agents who complete the Specialist Program on the Travelweek Learning Centre.

The program will run until Oct. 15 and agents who complete the course will have another chance to win a 7-night stay for two including flights and accommodation.

The previous winner was announced in the New Year and Colleen McNab of Collette Vacations is now off to the Azores Islands with her husband in June. They will be flying on SATA International Airlines and staying at the Hotel Azores Atlantico – located on the main oceanfront avenue of Ponta Delgada on São Miguel Island, near the historical town centre.

“I am extremely excited as I have been in the travel industry for 30 years and have not had the opportunity to experience the Azores,” said McNab. “It was a pleasant surprise to receive the ‘you have won’ e-mail – I first thought they were kidding!”

This exciting Azores Specialist Program has been developed to give agents the knowledge they need to sell this emerging destination.
