CALGARY — Anderson Vacations is launching its first ever travel agent rewards program – Anderson Points.

Anderson Vacations said it wants to thank its agent partners for their loyalty and ongoing commitment to helping grow Anderson Vacations’ business within Canada, Alaska, and Australia, New Zealand and the South Pacific Islands.

“Anderson Vacations is committed to offering exceptional tours, customized package holidays and first rate customer service. Anderson Vacations offers a wide range of independent touring options in Canada and the South Pacific, and still retains its original commitment to escorted touring by offering a variety of motorcoach tours around the world,” said the company.

Anderson Points are earned on every booking made and can be redeemed for personal travel as well as Visa Gift Cards.

Points are automatically tracked and the program began on March 1, 2015. Point values for bookings will be provided as follows based on package price.

A package value of $100-$499 is worth one point; $500-$999 is worth four points; $1,000-$2,499.99 is worth 10 points; $2,500-$4,999.99 is worth 25 points; $5,000-$9,999.99 is worth 50 points; $10,000-$24,999.99 is worth 125 points; $25,000-$49,999.99 is worth 300 points and $50,000 plus is worth 700 points.

No registration is required, loyalty dollars are automatically tracked for agents and will be updated in Anderson’s comprehensive CRM system.

Coming later this year with the launch of the new andersonvacations.ca, agents will be able to log in and see their Anderson points totals, a list of their bookings and commissions, and what they can use them for.
