STONEHAM — A selfie can go a long way these days – it can win you Internet fame, sponsorship deals and now, three luxury treehouses in Maine.
TimberStone Adventures Inc., a Treehouse Resort and Disc Golf Course in Stoneham, Maine, is giving away their entire property to one lucky winner. All you have to do for a chance to win is submit a US$99 entry fee and one nature-themed photo. That’s it!
The grand prize sounds almost too good to be true. In addition to the three treehouses, the winner will also receive a five-storey Castle Tower with 360-degree views, an 18-hole Disc Golf course, 56 acres bordering the White Mountain National Forest, a Polaris Sportsman Side-by-Side vehicle, $25,000 cash and – believe it or not – a private mountaintop.
The Largest Treehouse is 1,100+ square feet, two stories tall and sleeps eight and comes fully equipped with a full kitchen, solid oak spiral staircase, two bathrooms with a jetted tub in the master bath, two bedrooms, cathedral ceilings, large front deck, Wi-Fi and DirecTV.
The Mid-Size Treehouse comes with one bath, a kitchen, loft, wraparound deck, Wi-Fi, DirecTV and sleeps four.
The Smaller Treehouse is more primitive and is nestled off of the Disc Golf Course. It features a loft, 12V lighting, a front deck and sleeps four as well.
The 18-hold Mountain Disc Golf Course boasts Innova DisCatcher baskets, concrete T-pads and handmade benches throughout, while the Castle Tower, located at the summit of the mountain, impresses with breathtaking views of the surrounding lakes and White Mountain National Forest. Just a half-mile hike from the tower will bring visitors to Virginia Lake, home to a white sandy beach.
Other extras thrown into the prize pack? A large family fire pit, Woodland Mills Sawmill, hiking trails, snowmobile trails and ATV trails, all located just minutes from three major ski resorts.
The contest ends Nov. 1.
