HAVANA — With the start of the new year the Be Live Hotels family has welcomed a new property: Be Live Havana City Copacabana (formerly Hotel Copacabana), owned by Cubanacán Group.
The iconic hotel has been around since 1957, with a “privileged setting” in Havana’s Miramar district, says Be Live, with easy access to the most significant sightseeing spots around the city. The property has sea views and a natural pool connected to the ocean, as well as a freshwater pool.
Be Live Hotels says it’s developing “an ambitious restoration plan to meet our guests’ expectations” for the 168-room hotel. A 1992 reno saw the remodeling and expansion of the property.
CEO Javier Blanco thanked the industry “for your constant support and cooperation that allows us to enthusiastically continue our expansion process.”
