MONTREAL — Air France and KLM are launching ‘AgentConnect.biz’, the new website dedicated to travel agents.

This website provides them with the necessary tools and information to meet customer requirements, 24/7. It gives information on products & services, commercial news, commercial instructions and booking policies.

AgentConnect.biz replaces afkl.biz providing travel agents an easy, client friendly and immediate access to general information of the two airlines. This website also features enriched content, an intuitive navigation and a more appealing homepage.

The new AgentConnect.biz homepage offers immediate navigation to content organized into four sections:

• My space

This section is adjusted to the needs of each travel agent and enables them to manage their profile, find the contact details of airlines, search for information and take part in eQuiz.

• Sales and support

This section is a sales aid. It provides useful information to prepare a trip, on the policies and procedures of the two airlines and concerning passenger assistance.

• News and promotions

This section is dedicated to commercial news and special offers. From this page, users can access the latest newsletters, schedule changes and travel agent contests.

• Products & services

Dedicated to the presentation of Air France and KLM’s products and services, this section includes destinations, travel classes, ground and inflight services, information on the shuttle connecting Ottawa to Montréal. As well as business products, such as SkyBonus.

Registered travel agents will automatically be redirected towards AgentConnect.biz. New subscribers will need to fill out a form on the AgentConnect.biz log-in page.
