MONTREAL — Air Canada Vacations has launched Insta Quote, a new group quoting tool that provides travel agents with the most up-to-date prices and allows them to compare, print and e-mail quotes to their clients.

To use, agents can log on to aircanadavacations.com/agents and click on ‘booking for 10 or more’ in the ‘Packages’ section of the main page. They will then be redirected to the ‘Groups’ webpage where they can click on ‘Request a Quote’ to start generating.

Insta Quote will only generate prices for groups of 30 passengers or fewer (incentive groups are excluded) travelling to the following sun destinations: ANU, AUA, AZS, CCC, CUN, CUR, CYO, CZM, GGT, GND, HAV, HOG, HUX, LIR, LRM, MBJ, PLS, POP, PUJ, PVR, SJD, SKB, SNU, UVF, VRA, ZIH. Departures must be less than 329 days from the return date. If the parameters do not meet the Insta Quote requirements, agents will be re-directed to the regular quote request flow.

Air Canada Vacations is also launching a Group Automatic Price Match policy of up to $100 per person. Agents can e-mail groups@vacv.com with the competitor’s quote along with the Air Canada Vacations quote and the price will be adjusted within 24 hours.
