MISSISSAUGA — TICO has announced a new webinar that will give members a clearer understanding of proposed by-law changes.

According to TICO, the by-law changes are needed to bring the organization into compliance with the Ontario Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (ONCA) or related to general governance. Articles of Amendment have also been prepared in accordance with ONCA’s requirements.

The live webinar will take place Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2024 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Registrants and stakeholders will be able to ask any questions about the proposed by-law changes or Articles of Amendment during the session.
